Established in 1999, IWOOT (as we have become known) has grown to become one of the UK's leading on-line retailers. We work in an environment that is constantly having to evolve and adapt to both emerging technology, and a changing marketplace.

The culture and ethos of our brand runs through every part of the company, even the filler in the parcels we send out is 'on brand'. We are here entirely for the benefit of our customers, and our goal is to consistently strive to over-perform for them. We're not content with being the best, so much as enjoying constantly trying to be even better.

Working at IWOOT is as much fun as a glance at the website would lead you to believe. We have a casual but professional take on things and strive to be as un-corporate as we can possibly be. Our brand values run right through company, where iwooters work hard and clever, because we strive to be the best at what we do - and we enjoy doing it, even on a Monday morning, in the rain. If we're not having fun, then we're not doing our job properly, so it's important to play with our products - if we don't love them we don't sell them. We're passionate about Customer Service and are always looking for ways to get closer to our customers, though not in a biblical way. Being a relatively new medium, the internet requires a lot of innovative ideas, and IWOOT is a place where we endeavour to breed them, like rabbits. To wind down we hold parties in the park in the summer, and pizza and beer evenings in the winter - we even had an after work Wimbledon Wii tennis tournament. In short we work hard, play hard, have a fierce brand loyalty, and get to buy our products at a fabulous discount.

Pretty scruffy actually, we don't wear suits as they restrict our movement when we pogo stick around the office. We wear huge smiles and creative hats to bounce ideas around the room. We're a quirky bunch that are passionate about the IWOOT brand. We're enthusiastic to achieve, to strive to be better than the very best and driven by working in a fast paced changing environment. We are here entirely for the benefit of our customers, and our goal is to consistently strive to over-perform for them.

Staff Events - We have a healthy budget purely to spend on having fun. In the summer we had a party in the park, pizza and beer evenings and a Wimbledon Wii tennis tournament. We then end the year's events with the mother of all parties!

Play Room - Here at IWOOT we work hard and play harder, to demonstrate this we have a dedicated PlayRoom with comfy sofas, Nintendo Wii, Scalextric and retro games.

Enhanced Paternity and Maternity Pay - for that special time when the stork delivers you a pink or blue bundle of joy we'd like to congratulate you with a enhanced Maternity/Paternity pay (after 2 years service).
